Tina Dierna, LMSW (she/her), is a Licensed Master Social Worker, Transformation Lifestyle Coach, and Career Coach born and raised in the Hudson Valley. With over two decades of experience spanning direct social work practice, school-based counseling, career development, and lifestyle coaching, Tina brings a uniquely holistic approach to every client she serves — meeting people exactly where they are and walking alongside them toward where they want to be.
Tina earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Human Services from Mount Saint Mary's College in Newburgh, New York, and went on to complete her Master of Social Work degree from Albany University. Her career began with eight years as a caseworker at the Ulster County Department of Social Services, where she advocated for families facing significant barriers. She later joined Kingston City School District, serving as a High School Social Worker, Internship & Career Coordinator, and Transition Coordinator — roles that solidified her passion for helping young people discover their voice, build confidence, and step into their futures with purpose.
